Come on in and prepare to recharge in this relaxing guest suite located just a few minutes walk from all of Broulee’s pristine beaches. Stroll to the beach, kick back in your courtyard overlooking the garden and enjoy the birds, or wander down to one of Broulee’s fabulous eateries. This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or singles. The space Your accommodation is a lovely guest suite at the front of our house (suite size approx 6m x 3.5m). Enjoy a meal at your outdoor dining table or if you’d prefer to eat inside, there’s a smaller table which is large enough for two to dine from. Relax outside on the bench seat with a magazine and a drink, enjoying the sea breeze. Your room has two comfy casual chairs, coffee table, tiny kitchenette (please note the room does not have a kitchen sink however collapsible/camping washing up facilities are located in the cupboard) and a lovely new ensuite. The cupboard has room to hang a few days worth of clothing and there’s a six cube storage unit for other clothing. There’s plenty of space outside to store your bikes, surfboards, SUPs, etc and there’s also an outdoor shower. Guest access You have the front entrance courtyand and guest suite to yourselves. Feel free to park in the driveway. Your outdoor space overlooks our front garden which is rather peaceful and enjoys the regularly visiting birds. If we’re present, we’ll use the side entrance to the property and won’t enter your courtyard or use the front garden. You’ll have peace and privacy. However on occasion Trixie, our wonderdog red kelpie, might find it necessary to welcome you! Other things to note In the cupboard you’ll find a picnic setting & blanket and two collapsible outdoor chairs. Please feel free to use. If we’re using the main part of the house and you can hear us (or you’re worried about us hearing you) simply close the sliding door in front of the six unit cube storage.
