Hot Springs Retreat, our bespoke tiny home is nestled in the heart of the stunning Bay of Plenty, 5 minutes south of Katikati. Our holiday accommodation offers the perfect blend of rural and native tranquility and convenient access to exciting outdoor adventures, bush walks, beautiful natural waterholes to swim in, biking, golf, beautiful beaches, amazing eateries and free day entry (excl. check out day) to the Sapphire Springs Thermal Mineral Pools. Your perfect getaway awaits. The space Accommodation for Every Occasion. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a romantic couples' retreat, an outdoor adventure with friends, or simply some well-deserved R&R, Hot Springs Retreat has so much to offer. Our beautifully designed bespoke tiny house is fully contained 3-bedroom accommodation comfortably sleeps six. The retreat is split in two. The main house has one bedroom (queen bed), and the separate wing has two bedrooms (a queen bed and bunks) All living areas have open access to the large deck that looks out to your rural surrounds. You will also have access to unlimited wi-fi, a smart TV and Netflix. Pet Friendly Accommodation We are proud to offer a pet-friendly experience so you can bring your furry family member along for the adventure! All pets are to be on lead and supervised when outdoors, as our free-range chickens, including Miss P the pen hen, roam freely around the property. Access to the Sapphire Springs Pools. As a guest, you will have day entry (excluding your check out day) to the Sapphire Springs thermal mineral pools, next door. This is based on their day entry conditions. If for any reason, the pools are closed unfortunately this is out of control. Additionally, our location puts you near beautiful natural waterholes and bush tracks, providing ample opportunities for outdoor exploration and adventure. Nestled in the heart of Tahawai, Hot Springs Retreat is not just a place to stay; it's a central hub that puts you at the heart of so much the Bay of Plenty has to offer. With Waihi Beach or Bowentown is just 25 minutes away, Tauranga a mere 30-minute drive, the famous Mount 35 minutes, and the charming Katikati township within 10 minutes, your possibilities for exploration are boundless. Guest access Parking is available onsite for several vehicles, including a boat. The space around the accommodation is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note Owner lives onsite however privately from the accommodation – two friendly cats, a dog, chickens and Miss P, the Peahen. Our friendly dog will be fenced off from the accommodation. She could bark at you on arrival however will stop. As the accommodation is located across the road from the Sapphire Springs campground, there will be at times noise from their campers. As a guest, you will have day entry (excluding your check out day) to the Sapphire Springs thermal mineral pools. Your entry to the pools is based on the conditions of the Sapphire Springs Day entry pass. Should the Sapphire Springs thermal mineral pools close due, to any unforeseen reason or event, this is out of our control and no discount or refund will be issued
