The one-bedroom apartment is new and is in the heart of the city of La Falda, and at the same time offers a quiet environment that allows you to enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains. A variety of businesses, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs, and tourist attractions are within walking distance. Our guests are our priority, so all the apartment's amenities are complete and top-notch to make your stay exceptional. The space The apartment is very bright and designed for your comfort. It has a large bedroom that includes a spacious 1.60 x 2 meter double sommier bed, a closet with a safe, and a ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant rest. There is also air conditioning in the room. At the guest's request, an extra single bed can be added (in the room) for a third person at no extra cost. It has a very bright and spacious living and dining room, ideal for relaxing, where you will find a comfortable two-piece sofa, flat cable TV, air conditioning, a table with chairs to enjoy your meals, and a kitchen equipped with full dishes, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and electric stove with oven. The bathroom, modern and shiny, has a shower and we provide amenities and a hairdryer for your convenience. In addition, the apartment offers a balcony with stunning mountain views, equipped with outdoor furniture so you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Our priority is for you to have an exceptional stay. Therefore, we provide quality sheets and towels (not for the pool), and we take care of the general cleaning at the end of your stay (does not include washing dishes). In addition, we offer toilet paper, kitchen roll, shampoo, conditioner, soap, salt, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, cooked mate, sugar, sweetener, and other essential supplies for your first few days. Guest access The building has a swimming pool on the terrace, from where you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the mountains and the city. The building has an elevator. Other things to note Here are some things to keep in mind: Parking is free and 200 meters from the property. Breakfast is not included. Check-in between 3 pm and 8 pm (time to be agreed). There is an extra cost outside these hours. Check-out between 8 am and 10 am (time to be agreed). There is an extra charge outside these hours. In the pool and common areas, children are the sole responsibility of the parents. Final cleaning does not include washing dishes. Daily housekeeping available at an additional cost. Pool towels not included. The towels in the apartment are for personal hygiene. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and the building's common areas. Visitors are not allowed.
