This double room has a private kitchen + free parking & Wifi. It's at S2 Sheffield: 10mins to 15mins drive to the English Institute of Sports; Ponds Forge Sports Centre; Rotherham General Hospital; Sheffield Uni; Sheff Hallam Uni and Sheffield City Centre. It's 27minutes' drive to the Peak District National Park and a walking distance to bus stops, post office, eateries, and other amenities. The space The house is a family home to 3 persons. It is a semi-detached one-story building. The house is spacious. It has two rooms available for rent: this double bedroom and a separately listed single room. This double bedroom has its own kitchen for you only. The guest bathroom/toilet is on the ground floor. You only get to share the bathroom/toilet with one or two other guests. The bedrooms are just up one flight of stairs. Your double bedroom is on your left once you climb up the stairs. The house is located on a quiet and peaceful street with free parking all day plus easy access to transportation. Guest access Guests have access to free parking all day, right in front of the house. This room has its own private kitchenette with undertable fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker, and oven. Plus you are welcome to share our back garden. During your stay I am happy to interact with guests but also recognise that some guests would prefer their private space. As this is not my only job, I am not at home 24/7 but don't worry, the house manual provides information about the house and your way around Sheffield including places to visit. It also contains a phone number to call, in case you need assistance when no one is at home. Other things to note Please, note that the guest bathroom/toilet is on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first floor, just up one flight of stairs. You will only get to share the bathroom/toilet with one other guest. The dishwahser, washing machine, and tumble dryer are paid services. Please, let the host know if you plan to use them, and she will tell you the cost as well as how to operate them. These 3 facilities and the toaster are in the kitchen. As this is a family home, we operate a policy of no movement in and out of the building between the hours of 12midnight and 5am, except for emergencies. This is for security reasons.
