The space Welcome to this cozy vacation home located on a hill in beautiful Skeppsvik outside Nävekvarn with a short walking distance to the sea. Here you live surrounded by beautiful nature with Sörmlandsleden close by and with the community's swimming area within a short walking distance, with a glimpse of the sea from the kitchen window. The house has three bedrooms, a toilet with shower and a new nice kitchen with an open floor plan towards the spacious living room that is open in the ridge and has a fireplace. In the house there is also a cozy sleeping loft with two additional beds. In total, there is the possibility of up to eleven beds, nine in winter and eleven in summer (see room description below). On the property, there is a modern guest house with electricity and two beds in summer. In the guest house there is also a nice wood-fired sauna to enjoy all year round. After the sauna, you can cool off in the sun-heated outdoor shower (summer time). The two large patios have a sunny location. The balcony by the house is furnished with a barbecue, fireplace and lounge group and is partly covered. A large outdoor table with 6 seats for cozy outdoor lunches/dinners is in front of the house. The guest house has a large terrace. The range of activities in Skeppsvik is great. The community has its own tennis court, playground with ball court as well as two common swimming areas and a marina. The area offers fantastic opportunities for outdoor activities, including the Sörmlandsleden that passes through Skeppsvik's vacation home area. Kolmården zoo is less than half an hour's drive from the house. In Nävekvarn there is a year-round open shop, marina with harbor tavern and good bus connections to Nyköping. Nyköping with a wide range of culture, attractions and can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Good flight connections are available from Skavsta Airport, 30 minutes away. Perfect for those looking for a beautiful and comfortable vacation home near the sea and lovely nature with proximity to service and good public transport, both summer and winter. Room description Hallway: 
Smaller hallway with space for outerwear and shoes. Wooden floors and wood paneling.

 Bedrooms: Two smaller bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a single bed. Another bedroom with double bed, workplace and wardrobes.
All three rooms have wooden floors and wooden paneling on the walls.
 Loft: Cozy sleeping loft with 2 more beds. Shower/toilet: Functional bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cabin and washing machine. Plastic carpet on the floor and panel-clad walls. 

 Kitchen: 
Beautifully renovated kitchen. The kitchen has black kitchen cabinets and is equipped with induction stovetop, built-in fan, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The kitchen is equipped with a larger dining table and is open towards the living room.

 Living room: Bright and cozy living room with lovely space and a fireplace that really raises the cozy factor. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that folds out to a 140 cm bed if needed. Wooden floors and wood paneling. Exit to the balcony. Other buildings Nice guest house with electricity and large nice glass sections with two beds in summer. 
In the guest house there is a modern wood-fired sauna with tiled floors and large windows facing the garden and forest. Sauna can be used all year round. Solar-heated outdoor shower next to the sauna (shower in use only in summer) Patios Large terrace, partly covered, by the house.
The guest house also has a nice terrace in a sunny location. Other things to note - The house is rented fully equipped excluding bed linen and sheets. The guest will bring their own bedding, sheets and bath towels - Minimum rental period 5 nights - The tenant cleans up after their stay.
