A family home to share with an independent space with comfortable rooms, a large pool, living room, BBQ and private parking. You'll want to come back!!! The space QUINTA BOCCANERA is strategically located in Melgar-Tolima, a few blocks from the main park and Luis Pasteur Hospital. This allows you to walk to the central square, tourist, gastronomic and commercial places. Guest access You'll have access to the following amenities: A living room, Outdoor bar Outdoor patio (2) Pool Cable TV and streaming platforms Wi-Fi Other things to note Right now we don't have a kitchen available. Due to the pandemic, construction was put on standby, but we have a barbecue that can be used. Charcoal is sold for use. The space is shared with more guests.
