A pack 'n play and high chair are provided, so you can travel light and focus on enjoying your trip. 🛁 Bathrooms We offer three fully stocked and impeccably clean bathrooms, complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, plush bath towels, feminine products, face wipes, and a hairdryer for your convenience. 🌳 Outside Enjoy the fresh Colorado air in our fully-fenced backyard. Dine outdoors with a table and ample seating, relax on the deck, or enjoy open space for activities. End your evenings around the large fire pit, perfect for making s’mores and staying warm as you savor the Colorado nights. Guest access 🔑 You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :) Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour. .💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you’ll choose one of two options For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
