Willabell Flat is a joining of two of our flats, Bellpine and Willakenzie, to make a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit for larger families or 2 couples traveling together. This combination will give you and your group plenty of space to enjoy your getaway to the Willamette Valley. If carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs is too challenging, you will find a lift to make the trip easier! The operating instructions can be found in your digital guidebook as well as on the inside wall of the lift. The space This historic property is set in the heart of the town of Amity. All of our flats are named after the types of soil found in the vineyards around the Willamette Valley. Just east of town is the beautiful Eola-Amity Hills, home to more than 30 outstanding wineries and dozens of gorgeous vineyards. Take a short bike ride or a drive to Keeler Estates Vineyards or visit the monastery of the Brigattine monks to sample some of their award-winning chocolates. This makes a wonderful "home base" for you as you discover what the area has to offer. There is a common entrance to the building, and the guest suites are located up 3 flight of stairs. The property also has a large rooftop area that is partially covered where you and your family can enjoy a game of ping pong. Or maybe sit back and enjoy looking at the scenery while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage at the end of the day while waiting on a meal cooked on the BBQ grill. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. (Should we change this to now say guests must sign the RA after booking since we are going to start doing that?) • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $70.00. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
