Amity Flats: Willabell

The Willabell Flat combines the Bellpine and Willakenzie suites to create a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom retreat perfect for families or couples traveling together. Each room offers a comfortable queen bed with soft linens and inviting decor. The Willakenzie side features a full kitchen with dining space and large south facing windows, while Bellpine provides a quiet, restful atmosphere. Together, they create a warm, connected space to relax and unwind in wine country. The space Welcome to the Willabell Flat, a lovely hotel-style double suite. This historic property is set in the heart of the town of Amity. Located in the beautifully restored Masonic Lodge in the heart of Amity. Over a century ago, local leaders gathered in this historic building for meetings and community events. Today, it has been reimagined as a boutique collection of thoughtfully designed accommodations known as Amity Flats. Visit The Bramble & Silas Wines tasting room located below the flats, walk across the street to Coelho Winery, or take a short drive or bike ride to Antica Terra for one of the most inspiring tasting experiences in Oregon. You can also visit the nearby Brigittine Monks’ monastery, where hand-crafted chocolates have been made for generations and are still celebrated as some of the finest in the valley. Willabell Flat is a joining of two of our flats, Bellpine and Willakenzie, to make a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit for larger families or 2 couples traveling together. This combination will give you and your group plenty of space to enjoy your getaway to the Willamette Valley. Bellpine Flat is furnished with a comfy queen bed. Although this is the only flat without a kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and tea are stashed in a cabinet for your enjoyment. Bellpine is an interior Flat and does not have windows. It has a full bathroom with all the amenities. Willakenzie Flat is a small suite with a queen bed. The queen-size bed is in a semi-private bedroom, with the passage into the room defined by a frame of reclaimed wood. A rollaway bed can also be added at no additional cost. Large, operable windows with southern exposure are in both the living room and sleeping room. Willakenzie has a generously sized kitchen bordered by a bar and barstools. The kitchen is equipped with a small dining table, a French press featuring Caravan Coffee, a refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric stovetop. The property also has a large rooftop area that is partially covered, where you and your family can enjoy a game of ping pong. Or maybe sit back and enjoy looking at the scenery while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage at the end of the day. Located on the third floor, guests will need to navigate three flights of stairs. Guests who prefer to avoid the stairs can use the convenient lift to access the flat. Guest access -Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM -​Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM  -Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.  -Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Check out PinotCar, our in-house transportation company to help make your visit to Oregon wine country perfect! *There is a 750 lb max Lift available for guests with mobility issues or taking luggage up to the Flats. The operating instructions can be found in your digital guidebook as well as on the inside wall of the lift. *There is going to be a gate lock, hallway door lock, and the Flats door lock. The code you receive will be the same for all three (3) doors. *There is an EV charger available at the property upon request. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you will need access. *Additional family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play, yoga mats, air mattresses, and rollaway) are available to rent upon request. *Midstay Cleaning* -For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required, with an additional cleaning needed for every subsequent 10 nights. Guests are responsible for the cost of mid-stay cleans, due after booking confirmation. Cleaning fees are due 30 days before arrival.
