Come and stay with family or friends in this idyllic setting, deep in the Burgundy countryside. Total privacy in quiet hamlet. Listen to the sound of the stream, and the birds, lose yourselves in the forest behind. Enjoy a glass of Chablis under the starry skies! Take a dip in the swimming pool and cool off on the hot summer days, or wrap up warm with some hot wine and enjoy the wonders of the forest in winter. The space This is a newly renovated property with garden and pool access (seasonal). It has an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with a dinning table, sectional sofa, wood pellet burning stove, and wall mounted smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, cooker, fridge /freezer and dishwasher. It has two bedrooms on the first floor with a double bed in one room and two singles in the other. There is access to the attic room via a ladder with two more single beds. Italian shower bathroom on the first floor with WC. If required the sofa can be converted to a double bed. The lounge leads to a terrace and BBQ. Outside dining is available. Ground floor WC. Guest access Guests can access all grounds in the property. The main house is closed off and not accessible. Please note that the access to the attic room is by a ladder, therefore not accessible for older people. The main stairs are steep. Other things to note No smoking. Disabled access on the ground floor only. Please no big parties. Pets WELCOME.
