Ideally located near the iconic Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore, this loft offers a perfect blend of city excitement and serenity in a quiet, yet central location. Picture yourself in a bright living space with a mezzanine, 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're exploring the city or working remotely, the loft ensures an ideal stay for a memorable experience. The space The loft is located on the second floor of a historic building (stairs only), with a French balcony overlooking the quiet internal courtyard. The living space features a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, as well as a kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests, a wide TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker to play your own music. In addition, a washer-dryer, an iron, an ironing board and a safe are available for your convenience. The lower bathroom has a window and an Italian shower, as well as towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. On the mezzanine you will find the night space, with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. There is also a dedicated homeworking space. Here there is a second, wider bathroom equipped with an Italian shower. The loft has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and soundproof windows. A crib and a baby high chair are available on request and free of charge. For guests who like to stay active, a yoga mat and equipment for free-body workouts are also provided. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole Loft. Other things to note Access to Bologna’s city center is restricted to authorised vehicles only.
