You will stay in a cottage (new construction 2023) that is equipped with a private outdoor HOT TUB. Located in Colroy-la-Roche, a small mid-mountain village (approx. 500 m above sea level), it is a perfect base for discovering Alsace and its natural, cultural and human heritage. 15 minutes from the Champ de Feu (1099 m, highest point in the Bas-Rhin), renowned for its hiking trails and ski resort, you will be amazed by the beauty and diversity of the landscapes. The space The cottage: The surface area of the vacation rental is about 80 m2 on two levels. Tier-1 . Large living room (approx. 30 m2) including a large equipped kitchen and living room . From the living room, a large outdoor terrace (25 m2) with a splendid view of the Climont, including a table and chairs and a large parasol . A laundry room . A bathroom, with its 1 vanity unit and XXL shower . A bedroom (about 15 m2) equipped with a 160*190 bed, 2 nightstands . A private 5/6-person HOT TUB, located in an undergrowth a short walk from the bedroom Tier-2 . A mezzanine, with a sofa bed (140*190) . A large bedroom (about 25 m2) equipped with a 160*190 bed, 2 dressers and a storage cabinet. Gîte amenities: The cottage is equipped with a large kitchen in which you will find everything you need for cooking: induction stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave washing machine, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle. The house: 🌄 Initially entirely wooded (oaks, hornbeams and maples) the building plot has been arranged to maintain a very natural spirit and spend a quiet time conducive to relaxation. The squirrels have rebuilt their living space, you will probably be surprised to recognize one or the other around the gîte. The house hosts two independent cottages, each with its own private entrance and its own outdoor corner to enjoy in peace. Guest access All areas of the vacation rental are accessible to guests. Other things to note Utilities are included (water, electricity, heating). Sheets and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon arrival. Points of attention • For reasons of safety and respect for the neighborhood, the total number of occupants in the cottage must not exceed 6 people. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to sleep on the premises. The owners reserve the right to cancel the current stay if the maximum number of people allowed is exceeded and if the tranquility of the neighborhood is disturbed due to noise pollution generated by a party or an evening (especially outside the cottage).
