🌲 Imagine: the silence of the Vosges, a private spa steaming in the undergrowth, and in front of you the silhouette of the mountains at sunset. L'Évasion Verte is a new cottage (2023) designed for those who really want to disconnect — 45 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar, 15 minutes from Champ du Feu, and miles away from stress. Completely self-contained, with its own access and private outdoor space, it offers complete privacy. The spa is accessible year-round. The space The cottage: The surface area of the vacation rental is approximately 80 m2 on two levels. Level 1 . Large living room (approx. 30 m2) with a large fully equipped kitchen and a living room . From the living room, a large outdoor terrace (25 m2) with a splendid view of the Climont, including a table with chairs and a large umbrella . A laundry room . A bathroom with a single-sink vanity and an XXL shower . A bedroom (about 15 m2) equipped with a 160 x 190 cm bed and 2 bedside tables . A private 5/6-person HOT TUB, located in a grove a short distance from the bedroom Level 2 . A mezzanine, with a sofa convertible into a bed (140 x 190) . A large bedroom (about 25 m2) equipped with a 160*190 bed, 2 dressers and a storage cabinet. Cottage amenities: The cottage is equipped with a large kitchen in which you will find all the necessary cooking equipment: induction stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle. 🌄 The house: Initially entirely wooded (oaks, hornbeams and maples), the land has been developed to maintain a very natural feel, conducive to relaxation and tranquility. The squirrels have rebuilt their living space — you will no doubt be surprised to recognize one or two around the cottage. The house has two independent cottages, each with its own private entrance and its own outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet, and we want to preserve it. We are happy to welcome groups of friends and families — with respect for the quiet of the neighborhood, especially in the evening. Guest access All areas of the vacation rental are accessible to guests. Other things to note Utilities are included (water, electricity, heating). Sheets and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon arrival. Points of attention • For reasons of safety and respect for the neighborhood, the total number of occupants in the cottage must not exceed 6 people. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to sleep on the premises. The owners reserve the right to cancel the current stay if the maximum number of people allowed is exceeded and if the tranquility of the neighborhood is disturbed due to noise pollution generated by a party or an evening (especially outside the cottage).
