Huus SPO

The Huus SPO is a family-friendly apartment and has a terrace, fireplace, garden and large conservatory. The sunny spacious ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the Bad district, approx. 15-minute walk to the center of Bad. The space Huus SPO is a completely newly renovated apartment with modern fitted kitchen, new bathroom and modern amenities. There are two bedrooms. One room with double bed (180cmx200cmx200cm) and a quite small room with a trundle bed (80cm x 200cm x 200cm or 160cm x 200cm, respectively). When the bed is pulled out, it is almost from wall to wall. The small room has a second lockable patio door. A small selection of children's toys is available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook (casserole dish, salad bowls, raclette grill and much more). In the large living room there is a sofa bed, a large dining table, a fireplace and a TV. From the living room you enter the large conservatory. To the side of the dining area is the large terrace door. Firewood is not provided and must be cleaned by you when used. Other things to note Check-in is via a key box. We offer digital guest cards. In the season, we usually only rent weekly.
