There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2nd master suite in the casita which is perfect for in-laws or older kids. You can wake up to breathtaking views of the lush jungle surroundings as you listen to the howler monkeys that call Playa Grande home. All bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed, plenty of storage and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night & amazing sleep. Other things to note Please note that Playa Grande is going through a bit of a development boom, so we do pre-advise that there is construction in areas around us, thankfully, not right next door. Our house is insulated to keep noise at bay, and we have tested the outdoor spaces to ensure peaceful surroundings. We do not have building immediately next door thankfully. We have already reduced our prices in order to ensure compensation if there is noise, but it will not be all of the time.
