Enjoy all of our friendly farm friends while sitting by the picturesque pond. With hiking trails and lakes located 5 minutes away, this apartment is great for active people, or people who would like to get away and relax. Take a trip to the ski mountains- crotched mountain (13 miles )or Pats Peak (29 miles) Or, drive to the cute towns, located a short drive from the apartment (Peterborough, Milford) and grab some grub, or shop around! Hosts live in main home, above and are available most hours! The space 2 full bedrooms 1 full bathroom Full kitchen with cookware and plates,bowls , glasses, eating utensils Large s sectional Washer and dryer (dryer may need a double run as units are older) Guest access You will have access directly out of slider to the yard. Pool is currently only for private use If you go to hang with the animals, please do latch the gate (escape is their mo) Other things to note Please note that this is a ground level apartment, with the owners living in the house above the apartment. No smoking of any kind No access to pool for guests Reminder, this is a farm of rescue farm friends that are right outside of the apartment. You will hear them !
