We have an infant and a toddler so our goal was to make this an easy place for parents to come to. - Toys & books - Boppy, Bjorn bouncer, carrier, dock-a-tot - Baby bathtub - Full-sized crib with bumpers, pack & play - Play kitchen - Activity center - Clip-on high chair Upstairs: - Three beautifully appointed bedrooms on the main floor with extra pillows and blankets, as well as two full bathrooms with an en-suite off the main bedroom (stocked with bathroom essentials). - Kitchen island with bar stools and a kitchen table that is set up for 6 but can be easily converted to seat 9. - Cozy couch facing a smart tv and wood-burning fireplace (with blankets of course). Downstairs: - Large den with wraparound couch and smart tv for movie nights. - PS4 + games - Two dedicated working spaces: Dedicated desk with monitor and ergonomic chair in the main den Office with desk and chair - Full bathroom stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels. - Kids teepee and play couch and a closet full of games, toys and accessories for ages 0-4) - Extra sleeping space Outside: - Grill - Heated saltwater pool with safety fence (that will be in place by Summer '24) - Ropes course and jungle gym with slide - Shed full of outdoor toys - baseball bats, balls, etc; pool floats - Sitting area and outdoor dining table - Beach loungers Note: we can discuss pricing options for longer stays. Other things to note All guests must provide copy of government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking. We will also collect a security deposit of $500 within 48 hours of booking.
