The apartment itself is completely new, fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home quickly. The apartment is bright and quiet, your terrace leads you directly into nature The space The building was newly built in 2022 and is quietly located in the middle of the vineyards – a real architectural gem. The apartments in the house belong to different owners. Only occasionally are they rented to guests, which gives the accommodation its quiet, private character. Please note: It is not a hotel business – but private vacation apartments. There is no reception, no daily cleaning service and no catering on site. The stay is ideal for guests who appreciate independence and tranquility. Of course, we are available at any time for any questions or concerns – but not directly on site. The Family Apartment is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, bright and fully equipped. A highlight is the terrace, which leads to nature and directly into the vineyards. From the large terrace you can also access the outdoor pool directly. The view is stunning in all seasons. The apartment itself consists of a beautiful large bright living room with an open kitchen. In the living room there is also a dining area, a cozy couch and sitting area. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a top modern bathroom. Toilet and bathroom are separate. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home quickly. Facilities: TV, Internet (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle etc... The outdoor infinity pool is in operation from May 1st May to October 30th. Guest access You can easily and flexibly check in with self check-in. Key boxes are located at the entrance to the house. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible via the staircase or elevator. Other things to note I have many years of experience as a host. I speak English, German, Italian and a little Dutch and French. My colleagues also speak Hungarian, Ukrainian and Russian. I am always reachable to my guests - by phone or text message. If there are any questions or problems, I am there and we will always find a solution. Babies and children are always welcome. I have two children myself and the apartment can be equipped for babies on request: baby bed, bathtub, highchair, etc.
