This cozy and newly remodeled condo is centrally located to all Cheney has to offer! Just 1 block from downtown and 10 minutes from Cheney Reservoir. Wichita is a short 30 minute drive. It features one bedroom with a king bed, one bath, and a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The space This condo is one of a three-plex. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Living room has a pull-out sofa. Laundry is available on-site just out the back door— last door to the left. Guest access Guests can access the entire condo. The laundry room is a separate unit that is 2 doors down and can be accessed by other units as well. The dryer is coin-operated (takes 2 quarters). I leave 2-4 quarters in our laundry supplies for your convenience.
