Stone house, renovated in country style with all the comforts to accommodate the whole family for a relaxing and cozy stay (relaxation room with foosball table, stove and wood at your disposal) Located near a reservoir and vast woods, at the start of hiking trails and close to places to visit for the whole family: 30 minutes from Albi and its UNESCO-listed cathedral, Cap Découverte, Cordes-sur-Ciel. Farm restaurant 1 km away. The space The house essentially consists of: - a living room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a living room all by the fireplace (wood stove, wood provided for the stay) - a dormitory divided into two parts (under roof with two skylights) - a games room on the ground floor (with independent outdoor entrance or direct from the living room) equipped with a foosball table, a Japanese pool table and a sofa bed (can function as an independent room) Guests can enjoy a 1900 m² enclosed plot, a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a country environment offering multiple landscapes during walks. Other things to note Cleaning is included in the price of the stay. However, we ask that you respect this place and return it in a good condition (emptied trash cans, tidy dishwasher...) A cleaning fee of up to €60 may be charged if the cottage is not returned in the condition in which you found it on arrival You can also opt for this package if you want to be relieved of this task
