The Lockbox is situated outside of the property and contains both the front door key & apartment key. Other things to note - Parking is Available on a first come, first served basis. There are 3 parking Spaces Available on the property along with 3 pay and display car parks within 2-5 minutes walking distance to the property. - The is no smoking to be permitted inside the property in any of the apartments or common areas. Flat 2 does have an outside space where smoking is allowed.
