The city centre is just over 5 minutes walk over Ouse Bridge and the railway station 10 minutes. The space The spacious flat has 2 bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower room and WC), family bathroom and kitchen / sitting room. Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed and Bedroom 2 has a King-sized bed that can be configured as two single beds, on request, to suit guest's requirements. There is a smart TV and wifi. York's award-winning Christmas Market will return from 13 November to 21 December 2025, bringing festive cheer to the heart of the city. Alpine chalets are set to line Parliament Street and St Sampson’s Square, and the market will showcase a magical array of local crafts, artisan products, and delicious seasonal treats. Other things to note Please note that check in is between 15:00 and 19:00. We operate a personal check in to the property and are unable to do so after 19:00. A single car parking space (with narrow access and a 2m height restriction) is available. It is permit only car parking in a dedicated bay and the permit must be shown at all times otherwise parking tickets are issued. The permit must be left behind with the keys on departure, otherwise a £30 replacement fee will have to be charged.
