Downtown with many good restaurants. 5 minute drive to Blue Chip casino. 5 blocks away from the Marina , Washington Park Beach and the Washington Park Zoo. We do have cameras at both porches and one on each side of the home as well. The space The Home has 3 bedrooms and is 1200 square ft. The Living room and all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Guest access We have keyless entry at both front and back doors for easier access into the home. Other things to note If cameras get covered there is an automatic cancellation to the reservation with no refund. If there is a party hosted without prior approval from the owner there is also an automatic cancellation with no refund. We do offer early check in when available for $50. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6 am. We ask that you respect our neighbors as our neighbors will also respect you.
