This single bedroom is completely cutoff and has its own private entrance. This facility does not have a segregated living room. There is a door in between is locked from both sides for keeping privacy. You have a long work desk with full mesh ergonomic chair with 2 x 21 inch monitors ( provided upon request,). We have a battery backup for the dedicated router installed in this room for 3 hours of backup in case of power outage in order to have uninterrupted working schedule. Guest access Guests can access the space using the lift from the front side of the building parking space. You have to climb 6 steps to reach out to lift. Other things to note FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Officers ) need to register the foreigner’s stay details. As you know electrical bills sometime goes over the roof when all air conditioning are turned on or dryer/washing machines are used more. So , the stays we have to calculate meter reading prior and after the stay and multiply unit by 8 Rs. Since the bills are calculated bi-monthly we would take readings difference during your stay and would notify you 1 day prior to your departure.
