This house is a brand new version of our popular Spacious Coastal Retreat. Ideally located between Moruya and a choice of beaches, we are within walking distance of rivers, national parks, beaches and wharfs. Our house is one level, open plan and accessible with ramped decking, large bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. The house boasts a large spa, bbq, hammocks, and ample free parking for cars and boats, as well as lockable storage for bikes, kayaks or golf clubs, AND... a veggie garden!!! The space There are four sizeable bedrooms, a huge galley kitchen which is amazing for entertaining or having family cook ups! A large open plan lounge and dining area with massively high ceilings full of skylights, so it is very light and bright. With accessibility in mind, it is easy flow from the carport to inside, via the front entertaining deck which is lovely in the summer when the southerly breeze comes in. Kick back and enjoy a spa while your chosen cook, prepares your dinner at the outdoor bbq. Or if you prefer, venture to the back entertaining area and chill out in the hammocks as you decide what to pick from the veggie garden. There is a locked storage area to secure your holiday equipment. Parking is plenty. Guest access You have access to the entire living space, except for the garage space which is locked off.
