Secluded guest house

Modern, newly built 40sm2 annex, benefiting from underfloorheating. Own entrance, secluded location, with it's bathroom, bedroom and open plan L shaped modern kitchen /living area. Bathroom: modern shower cubicle, square modern washbasin, toilet, bidet. Bedroom: king size bed, clothes cupboard, bedside cabinet Kitchen: modern, white marble top, microwave, sink, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 2 chairs. Please note that cooking facilities (cooker and oven) aren't available. The space The annex is located on the side of the main house. it has it's own access from the driveway. There are parking spaces off road across from the house, but in the unlikely event where there are no spaces, the guests can reverse into our private drive - note that this drive is shared with our cars. there are no cooking facilities in the property. Guest access Access to the annex through the driveway, past the garage and all the way to the bottom of the garden. on the arrival day, our phone number will be shared with the guests. Please call us on arrival so we can meet you and show around the property. Other things to note There is a train line nearby with hourly trains going through, although this is hardly noticeable. Swinley forest is 15 min walk. Lightwater country park is 3 min drive or 20 min walk. virginia water lake is 10 min drive. Legoland 20 min drive. Windsor 20 min drive. Strictly no guests / visitors due to insurance and privacy concerns. Any taxi or family pick up needs to be done outside the property. Prospestive guests must have at least three reviews of at least 5 star rating.
