Barn Loft on Gated Farm

This space is a converted hay loft on a well maintained, 30 acre horse farm. It is an electrically gated property to ensure security and privacy. Owners do live on property part time and on occasion Airbnb the main house. The barn facilitates two barn cats and two horses during winter. Guests have their own private entrance to loft and have a shared laundry facility with additional wash stations. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere only 5 to 10 minutes from everything that Greenville has to offer The space The space has a living area with TV, Kitchen, Bathroom with 48" Shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom has a Smart TV and Queen size bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft as described and the barn deck and surrounding areas.
