Cabin in Grönemad/Grebbestad

Our cabin is located near the sea in Grönemad. The cottage is located about 2 km outside Grebbestad with walking distance to the village and about 500 meters to Kullgren's jetty with boathouses, a very nice beach and a swimming jetty. The house has a large lovely garden with several seating areas and a completely private back with afternoon and evening sun. In total, the house has 8 beds spread over three different houses, three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Suitable for multi-generational housing. The space The property consists of three small houses. House 1 consists of a kitchen with simple standard, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa, armchair and dining area for 6-8 people. Direct exit to the back of the house with large patio and lawn. House 2 consists of a small living room with sofa, a bedroom with double bed and exit to its own terrace as well as a sleeping loft with double bed and work corner. House 3 consists of a toilet with a separate entrance. The toilet has a shower cabin and washing machine. The toilet is accessed from the outside and is used by all three small houses without passing through any other room. House 3 also has a small guest room with separate entrance and access to a small patio outside. On the property, there is also a storage room with a stone patio in front. The house has a large garden plot. On the front there is space to park a car and lawn for games and play. At the back, there is a large, secluded patio with space for socializing. There are chairs and tables for many. Barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. On the grounds there is space for parking of 1 additional car. From the house it is a short walk down to Kullgren's jetty with a nice bathing jetty and child-friendly beach for swimming and crab fishing. From the house you have about a 20-minute walk into Grebbestad with restaurants and all services. For those who like to run and walk, there are wonderful paths along the sea that go all the way to Tjurpannan and Havstenssund. Bicycles are available to borrow. Rib boat (Zodiac) available to rent for an additional fee for those who are experienced boaters. Guest access The whole house.
