Top of Lefthand Canyon

This is a great mountain experience, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. It's 'base-camp' at 9,250.00 near Brainard Lake off Peak to Peak Hwy. 20mins north of Nederland and 40mins south of Estes Park with short access to Pikes Peak and and Rocky Mountain National Park. The space The room is upper floor that includes use of a workspace. The sleeping are is a loft with a steep ladder in low headroom, however there is a fold out couch and bed. Guest access The room has a dorm style fridge, micro-wave, and panty you can stock. There is a bathroom on the lower level with shower access. Full access to an elevated deck with a heater facing the historic and quirky town of Ward, CO. Lower deck is also available for use. During your stay I have an on site cabin, so I'm available for assistance. Other things to note This is not an accessible space for the those with some disabilities and stairs required. The lost sleeping area is a hands and knees area. Great for sleeping, but not for moving around.
