The loft is larger and more open than photos suggest, with every piece of furniture and decor hand-picked to create a unique, inviting feel. Unwind in the entertainment area featuring an 85-inch TV, surround sound, and mood lighting, perfect for movie nights — or catch a film from bed with the projector screen in one of the bedrooms. Location: 2-minute drive to Mass Street, 3-minute drive to the University of Kansas, 9-minute drive to Rock Chalk Park. A few things to know before booking: there are 16 steps to reach the loft, the unit does not have a dishwasher, and one designated parking spot is provided (with extra parking available just across the street in the adjacent apartment complex). The couch is a light cream color, so we ask that guests take a little extra care with food and drinks. This is a self-service rental, not a hotel, but we've stocked your unit with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and batteries. Our team isn't available around the clock, but we're happy to respond to messages between 7 AM and 9 PM. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You'll also have access to our amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, WiFi, Washer and Dryer, and anything you see in our vibrant apartment home. You'll have full access to the entire apartment, one parking spot steps from the front door.
