Cozy Master Bdrm & Private Bath ♡ Downtown RS

This newly remodeled private master bedroom & private 3/4 bathroom are in the basement of a single family home in a pleasant older neighborhood located in downtown RS. We are located just a mile off of I-80. The room is spacious, has a comfy queen size bed, a smart tv, & a walk in closet. Free off street parking. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and anyone else who wants a comfortable, safe place to stay are welcome. *Follow the check in/parking instructions provided. The room is spacious and has a comfortable queen size bed. There is a smart tv that you can access your Hulu or Netflix on. You are free to use our WiFi to connect your laptops to. I've included a laundry basket, as well as a space heater (stored in the closet) because the room does stay colder than the rest of the house. Make yourself comfortable, please! There is a fridge, microwave and keurig for your use downstairs as well. Please only park right next to our house. Do not park across the street or down the street, as our neighbors don’t like their parking spaces being used. There will always be a spot for your vehicle next to our house. There is a washer/dryer you are also free to use if you would like, which is located right outside of your room. There is a laundry mat just a few blocks away, if you'd rather use that. Please clean up after yourself. Tie your trash bags, clean out excess hair in the shower and sink, and PLEASE remove food and drinks from the room! Interaction is really up to you! We often work during the day, however we are in and out throughout the day. If we’re home when you’re coming and going, we’ll say hello! We are available by phone or messages through airbnb. Our house is close to downtown RS. Within walking distance to local recreation center, coffee shops, a public park, the Union Pacific rail way, downtown museum, downtown bars, and local restaurants. If you're a coffee lover like we are, try out Coal Train Coffee Depot, or Java Peddler! Both are amazing. There is a great brewery (Bitter Creek Brewery) downtown as well if beer is more your thing. Keep in mind: this is in downtown rock springs. While the neighborhood is safe (I’ve lived here many years) there are many vacant houses or rather ones with a little more character and not as updated as ours. To me, this adds to the neighborhood. We are not on the new side of town. This is the heart of downtown. We are within walking distance of downtown RS. Local shops, restaurants, coffee shop, parks, recreation center, museums etc., but a car is recommended if you're wanting to go further, as there is not much public transportation in RS. If you have dog allergies, book elsewhere as there is dog hair all throughout our house, even though the dogs don’t go downstairs. We have two Australian Shepherds & a Bull Terrier. They will however be separated from you and are never in the basement. Interaction with them is at your discretion. Even though the dogs are not allowed downstairs, there is still dog hair on the stairs, and we do use the same washer/dryer as you would, so if dog hair is a problem or allergen for you, this isn't the space for you.** All guests have to be registered! The reservation should include the total number of guests- max is 2. Anyone bringing and undeclared pet or extra person will have their reservation cancelled without refund. While we have WiFi, at times it may not be working due to outages with the provider. Noise from upstairs is a possibility. Dog hair is inevitable, you will see dog hair!
