Surrounded by the breathtaking backdrop of the Colorado blue skies and the scenic eastern landscape, Baxter Haus invites you to experience rustic charm and modern comfort. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a comfortable getaway for peace and quiet, hunting weekends, or family gatherings like weddings and reunions. We also welcome traveling professionals. The space Welcome to our home away from home in Holyoke. We have provided room for 6 to sit comfortably in the living room and dining room. The leather electric reclining couch forms to your body. Or choose between the cow print chairs or the gel infused memory foam comfort recliner as other options. The 52" smart tv allows for streaming. WiFi is available throughout the house. The electric fireplace has a remote and can heat the house nicely if you're looking for added warmth. There are three bedrooms with cozy pillows and snuggly blankets. All 3 bedroom have bedside touch lamps with charging ports. The main suite has a king bed and smaller smart tv. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and closet with extra vanity. We named this the Deer Room. The Pheasant room is on the other side of the family room and consists of a king bed with a dream cloud cooling gel mattress. The back bedroom off the dining area is the Cow Room and has a queen bed with views of the backyard and deck. The coffee bar in the kitchen is fully stocked for 1 cup of coffee or a whole pot. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, a crockpot, utensils and we hope everything you need to make a memorable meal in our home. There are seasonings, napkins, and aluminum foil for your use. The main bath has modern, rustic charm and has been recently remodeled. The full size washer and dryer may be accessed as well. The yard is fully fenced and the back screen doggie door may be used on warmer days. The gas grill and patio furniture are there for your enjoyment. Please mark PETS to add the additional one time fee of $75 to your reservation please. Please don't use the basement, or build a fire. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Please put trash in the trash cans behind the garage in the alley. There is gate access. Thank you for booking Baxter Haus. Guest access The whole home is there for your use except the basement . The garage may be used for an extra fee. There is plenty of parking in the front and rear of the garage. Other things to note If you have a pet, please mark pets for the additional one-time fee of $75. 2 dogs max. Even though there is a fee, please clean up after your pet in the yard. There is a pooper scooper in the shed on the back of the garage facing the deck.
