We are happy to welcome you to this old attic, which was renovated in 2023. Enjoy the old stones, the small sunny terrace and the semi-shaded garden. "Le Grenier", a studio of about 20 m², offers a living room area with sofa, high table, equipped kitchenette, a real bed (140 x 190), large shower (140 x 80), separate toilet. Remember to book our meal jars, board and breakfast if needed. A quiet break in the countryside! Available on October 29, 30 and 31, 2025! The space Studio furnished in the old attic of a small house built over a hundred years ago. Find the charm of the old and the comfort of modernity. The place is completely independent. Access is on one level through a large garden of about 550 m² with a large parking space. You can enjoy the sun or the shade of large hazelnut trees. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to get a glimpse of one of our squirrel neighbors... Below is another gîte that can be occupied occasionally. Thank you for ensuring that you respect the quiet hours and limit noise during your stay. In the studio, you will find: - a sitting/relaxation area - a kitchenette equipped with fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave combined grill, sink, Italian coffee maker (ground coffee), kettle - a night area with a real 140 x 190 bed (made on arrival) - large shower (large hot water tank) and sink - storage area - separate wall-mounted toilets The accommodation is equipped with a good quality free wifi connection (5G). The terrace of your accommodation is located above a troglodyte cellar. For lovers of history or old stones, if you wish, do not hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to show you our troglodyte cellars! However, if there are tenants in the studio below ("Chez Evariste"), we will unfortunately not be able to offer you this little visit. Nearby: - AlloPizz' offers good pizzas 5 minutes away, a convenience store is also available right next door. - You will be 7 minutes from Lake Saint-Cyr, which will allow you to take a walk by the water and why not a swim? - The Futuroscope, the Arena concert hall and the entire technopole are 16 minutes away. Here you will easily find entertainment, restaurants and supermarkets. - Châtellerault is 18 minutes away, a beautiful city and some nice restaurants. - Finally, Poitiers is 25 minutes away if you want a wider choice of restaurants and activities. - Tours, Chinon or Loches (and the first Châteaux de la Loire) are about 1 hour's drive away. Guest access You have full access to your accommodation, the attic, and the entire fenced garden independently, and without time constraints.
