Through our love of travel, we have stayed in our fair share of Serviced Accommodations over the years, and have experienced some terrible accommodation in the past, which propels us to provide excellence in Serviced Accommodation for our guests. The space Welcome to our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment located just a stone's throw away from the renowned Elstree and Sky Studios. This newly refurbished space offers a comfortable and modern retreat for your stay. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living area, thoughtfully designed to maximize space and provide a relaxing ambiance. The contemporary decor and stylish furnishings create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Bed arrangements: There is a Zip and Link King bed in the bedroom which on request can be made into twin beds if preferred. Please note that for last minute bookings we cannot guarantee any requests. - Self Check-in : You will be provided with a key lock code prior to your stay. - Smart TV & Wifi - Sofa Bed in the Lounge to accommodate an additional 2 people - Kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave, toaster & kettle. - Some tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are made available. - Water bottles provided for each guest. - Washer / Dryer machine, drying rail & Iron - Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided. - No smoking in the property - No parties. Quiet time 10pm-8am. Please note you will be required to provide ID for guests and sign an electronic rental agreement to adhere to our house rules. £250 deposit will be required (except for reservations made on airbnb), this will be held in your account and returned back within 7 days of departure.
