The cottage is located 8 km from Craon, 14 km from Chateau-Gontier, 14 km from Segré 45 km from Angers and 30 km from Laval . The space 140 m2 cottage. On the ground floor, a living room of 30 M2 living area with flat screen,dining room and wood stove. A fully equipped kitchen of 20 M2 with bay overlooking the terrace. A master suite with WC and Shower (2 twin beds 80/200) A children's playroom with sofa bed . A separate toilet Upstairs two bedrooms with twin beds 90/200 storage and office in each bedroom. A bathroom with WC , shower and changing table. Guest access We live near the cottage. We are available and at your disposal if necessary. In case of absence there is a lockbox . Other things to note The beds are made upon arrival with toilet linen provided . Cleaning can be done by you or ours for a rate of 70 euros to be paid upon arrival. Registration Details 14004*04
