Gite in the heart of the countryside beautifully restored in a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating setting surrounded by greenery and trees. Whether it's for a weekend, a family vacation with friends or teleworking, you can enjoy this peaceful retreat! You can visit, do sports, walking, cycling depending on your interests. The gite is located 8 km from Craon, 14 km from Chateau-Gontier, 14 km from Segré, 45 km from Angers and 30 km from Laval. The space 140 m2 cottage. On the ground floor, a 30 m2 living room with flat screen, dining room and wood-burning stove. A fully equipped 20 m2 kitchen with bay window overlooking the terrace. A master suite with toilet and shower (2 twin beds 80/200). A children's playroom with sofa bed. A separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with twin beds 90/200 storage and desk in each room. A bathroom with toilet, shower and changing table. Guest access We live near the cottage. We are available and at your disposal if necessary. In case of absence there is a lockbox. Other things to note The beds are made upon arrival with towels provided. Cleaning can be done by you or by us for a fee of 70 euros to be paid upon arrival. Registration details 14004*04
