Relax as a couple, with the whole family or friends at this peaceful secluded 5 acre property. Plenty of room for a game of cricket or to park your boat or caravan. If you like the outdoors we have a large outdoor patio where you can sit back and take in the beautiful views & often amazing sunsets. Enjoy the local attractions like Brandy Creek trail which is only minutes away. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. Two rooms with queen beds, the 3rd room with 2 king single beds. Open plan with kitchen, dining and lounge room. One bathroom with shower & toilet. Washing machine, dryer and outside clothes line. Carport with 3 car spaces, large patio with outdoor dining, fire pit and beautiful country views and afternoon sunsets. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and surrounding yard. The shed is strictly out of bounds. I also have a hair and beauty salon on the property seperate to the house. This is available for families in the event of a special occasion. Guests may invite a makeup artist or hair stylist to use the salon. Other things to note *No smoking inside*There is plenty of room for boat/caravans/trailers etc easy turn around. *The houses runs on rainwater only, so we ask that you be mindful & conserve water at all times. *We don’t allow push bikes/scooters/skate board/rollers blades etc. for children on the property as we have a 130m concrete driveway that is quite steep and barb wire fences that run close to the driveway.
