My place is across the street to the Beach, near Pier, public pool, close to Second Street shops, bars and restaurants, closed to grocery store, Belmont Brewing Co. and near the bike & running path. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the kitchen, the coziness, the light, cool ocean breeze, the terrace, the nearness to everything. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Close to bus stop for public transit as well. The space I am an artist and art is everywhere. My home is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. It is across from the beach/ocean. It is a very peaceful and serene space. I am an artist and live holistically. I have art everywhere, salt lamps, essential oil diffusers and candles. I love a creative uplifting atmosphere and that's what you will find in my home. **The entire home is cleaned with eco-friendly non-toxic cleaners, including the laundry, that leave behind an immune boosting scent that smells amazing.** The bedroom has 1 queen bed and a couch that can be turned into a queen bed for an additional fee for up to 2 more guests. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, lovely terrace with a view of the ocean and neighbor, living areas to sit and relax or visit with friends, a home office with a printer/fax for use as well as their room. Guests have their own shared bathroom. You have as much privacy as you would like. During your stay I live and work in the home and am available for recommendations. I have lived in the Los Angeles area since 1996 and have come across many interesting places and am happy to share. You will have as much or as little privacy as you need. Other things to note So much of what Long Beach has to offer is just a walk or short Uber/Lyft away. The community is extremely dog friendly and very safe. There are dogs on premises.
