Welcome to COCON, an apartment in a new house entirely designed for your comfort and well-being during your stay in Alsace! It is ideally located to discover our beautiful region and its tourist sites: Fort de Mutzig (5 minutes), Chartreuse in Molsheim (10 minutes), Obernai (15 minutes), Mont Ste Odile (20 minutes), Wine Route, Europa Park (40 minutes), Strasbourg (25 minutes), Haut Koenigsbourg Castle (40 minutes), Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr (45 minutes) The space It is a 36 m2 apartment that offers pleasant brightness and a warm decor with its natural tones and small touches of bright colors. Here you will find all the necessary equipment for a relaxing stay: A living room with an equipped kitchen, sofa bed and small office furniture. A bedroom with a 140 bed, nightstands and a dresser. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. An entrance with a large closet. Provision of: - linens, hand soap, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid. - starter kit for washing machine and dishwasher. - some ingredients available in the kitchen: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, herbal tea. For long stays, bring your own consumables. Guest access The independent apartment is on the first floor of my house and is entirely at your disposal. Access is on one level (a small step at the entrance). The entrance is shared with the owner and then there is a private entrance. Other things to note You will have private parking in front of the house as well as a small reserved area outside to take a breath of fresh air or for smokers (ashtray available). The apartment is non-smoking. The apartment is equipped with electric shutters whose controls/switches are located above the living room sofa and at the entrance to the bedroom. Parties are not allowed. The accommodation is located 2 minutes from a bakery, pharmacy, bank dispenser and 5 minutes from a supermarket. The nearest train station is a 12-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. Highway access is 5 minutes away. The airport is 20 minutes away.
