Other things to note Our place includes a reasonable consumption of electricity intended for a comfortable and responsible stay. We especially ask them to do proper use of the A/C equipment. Keeping them running continuously at very low temperatures (below 20°C), as well as using them with open doors or windows, significantly increases electricity consumption. In the event of an extraordinary consumption arising from the excessive use of air conditioning or other electrical equipment, an additional charge corresponding to the excess generated may be applied, taking as a reference the current cost per kWh in surplus rate of CFE (approximately $5 MXN per excess kWh).
