In Biscarrosse-Plage, cozy 1-bedroom ground floor apartment (31 m²) for 4 guests, in a quiet, green residence just 200 m from the beach and 500 m from shops and restaurants. No need for a car, everything is walkable! Perfect for a couple with two kids, the apartment includes: - A bedroom with a double bed - Bunk beds in the entrance hallway - Living room with open kitchen - Bathroom and separate toilet - Covered 8 m² terrace for outdoor meals The space To go into a little more detail, the apartment consists, in the entrance, of a bunk bed with two 90 cm x 190 cm mattresses, as well as a large sliding door wardrobe with shelves and a hanging rail. In the separate bedroom, there is a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe with shelves and a mirror. The bathroom has a bathtub, towel dryer, washing machine. We provide bed linen, including pillows, duvets, duvet covers, pillow cases, fitted sheets, and bath towels. One large and one small towel per person, for a maximum of 4 guests. Mattress and pillow protectors are changed with each new arrival. There is a separate WC. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (130 cm x 190 cm) with TV. The kitchen is equipped with induction plates, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, a table and 4 chairs, as well as all necessary kitchenware. On the terrace, you’ll find a garden table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Upon entering the apartment, there is a small hallway to store your surfboards or other gear. Cleaning products are provided for your convenience, including a vacuum cleaner, brooms, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack.
