Our home is a 5 minute walk to patrolled south Mollymook beach, Mollymook Golf Club and nearby dog friendly Collers beach. The space Our home offers 3 generous sized bedrooms (2 queen beds, one double), with 2 living/lounge areas, 2 luxury bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. An indoor fireplace provides heat and ambiance during the cooler days, and ceiling fans in every room for warmer days. Thankfully Mollymook has a temperate climate. Our back yard has 2 entertainment areas for relaxing and eating, with views to the Budawang ranges. Includes a large Weber BBQ, and herb and vegetable garden you can utilise. Use of garage not included, though driveway accommodates 2 cars. Guest access Access to entire house except for one office room and garage. Other things to note Our yard is fully fenced, yet one gate and one fence are a lower height of 1.2 metres high. We have a dog kennel that could accommodate up to a medium sized dog.
