The first floor offers an open-concept living area with a large sofa, a 55" Smart TV (Netflix, HBO Go, & Youtube included), and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining island, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. A full bathroom with a bathtub completes the space, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The second floor features two bedrooms, each with their private bathroom — one bedroom features a king-sized bed and the other features two queen beds Guest access Guests will have complete privacy and access to their own guesthouse, as well as shared access to all amenities on the property including the garden pool on the property as well as the private pond with an access dock. Bicycles are available free of charge. Other things to note We are located 15-20km (25-30 minutes by car) from city center / Chiang Mai old town & 20 minutes from the airport. To help you explore the surroundings at your own pace, we provide complimentary bicycles. For a journey into Chiang Mai Old City, Grab App taxi rides typically cost between 150-250 THB each way. For those who are more adventurous, we also offer car & moped rentals. Please inquire at least 7 days prior to arrival for costs and availability.
