Near Joaquina Beach, a 15-minute walk, and a 10-minute walk to a supermarket and restaurants in front of Lagoa da Conceição. There is a 20-minute trail to a secret beach. The space The house is located on the east side of the island, near the famous Lagoa da Conceição, between two of the most popular beaches on the island, Praia Mole (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bicycle) and Praia Joaquina (3 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot). It is also a short distance from Lagoa da Conceição, a neighborhood famous for its cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk. About the house and property: • There are 3 separate Airbnb houses on the same plot of land, where they share the garden. • The loft-style house with a double bed; -Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube. - Air-conditioning (cold only). - Bed linen, towels, comforter and extra blanket. • Living room has a dining table with two chairs. • Bathroom - glass shower stall with electric shower, sink and toilet with toilet paper. • Kitchen - with basic items; - pots, plates, cutlery and glasses and utensils. - coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender. - dish towel, olive oil, salt, sugar and seasonings. • There is no parking; - the car is parked in front of the house on the street. Safe location. It has a camera system. Note: There is a small, 130-meter long, unpaved road to reach the CAR). Access can be by car or on foot. If you're not comfortable driving, you can park the car on the paved street and walk up, it's a 2-minute walk, easy. • From the property, there is a hiking trail to a small "Secret Beach," where you can see the islands of Campeche and the dragon's tip of Praia Mole. If you're lucky, you might even spot dolphins. Internet: There is free Wi-Fi. Great quality 30 mega optical fiber, good for home office. Cellphone service is great for all Brazilian phone carriers. Airport: leaving the airport takes about 35/40 minutes by car to the house. You can come by Uber. I can refer you to surfing, kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddle, sandboarding in the Joaquina Dunes, kayaking in the Conceição Lagoon. I can even point you to Praia Galheta, the most beautiful beach on the entire island. Or a 1h30 trail south of the island to Lagoinha do Leste beach. Guest access The garden is shared with the other house. Other things to note There are three Airbnb houses, very close to each other, that share the same garden. Access is bad, the car is parked in front of the house on the street.
