Our new, luxurious vacation chalet is in a unique location in the 2nd row directly on the IJsselmeer in the Enkhuizer Strand holiday park. The special feature of this chalet is the large roof terrace with a fantastic view over the entire IJsselmeer. Experiencing a breathtaking sunrise over the IJsselmeer from here is unforgettable... The sunsets are also unforgettable! The new vacation home was built in autumn 2021 and handed over at the end of March 2022 after completion of the property and the garden. It combines comfort with sustainability, because the house is completely energy-neutral with heat pump and solar panels. The entire holiday park, which will be newly built in 2020, is very tastefully designed and all the houses and gardens are very beautifully landscaped. Our house has plenty of room for 6 people. A private parking space is right behind the house, the garden of the chalet is completely fenced. The central element of the chalet is a large, bright and cozy living/dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of cabinets with plenty of storage space for your purchases and groceries. Here you will find a large refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave and oven, induction stove and dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and filter coffee machine. The high, floor-to-ceiling windows give the room even more spaciousness. Tastefully decorated with loving details. A modern ambience fireplace creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. A comfortable seating area with a 3-seater sofa, swivel armchair and chaise longue with reading lamp as well as smart TV and high-speed Internet complete the offer. At the large rectangular dining table with 6 comfortable armchairs there is space for the whole family. Through 2 sliding doors you can reach the terrace and garden at ground level. Here you can eat at the garden table with 6 chairs in fresh sea air overlooking the sea. A staircase on the side of the house also leads to the large roof terrace, from which you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the IJsselmeer and the surrounding area. The terrace is sheltered from the wind with glass elements. Here you can make yourself comfortable in the comfortable lounge furniture and, for example, enjoy the view of the blue water with the many sailboats with a glass of wine or let yourself tan in the sun loungers. In the two bedrooms on the ground floor there is a double box spring bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), which can also be separated into single beds if necessary. All beds are additionally equipped with a comfortable and high-quality topper for high sleeping comfort. In the two large wall wardrobes you will find enough space for your travel utensils. The third bedroom on the upper floor (mezzanine) with low ceiling height (1.12 m) is suitable for children and can be reached via a staircase in the hallway. The first bathroom is next to room 1, the second bathroom is right next to room 2 and can be reached via the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, vanity, mirror cabinet and towel radiator. The guest toilet is separate. All windows and patio doors are equipped with fly screens, air conditioning completes the upscale furnishings of the chalet. Hotel service on arrival: bed linens, small kitchen and bathroom set.
