The spacious terrace offers a private corner for morning coffee or evening enjoyment. Our apartment promises an unforgettable experience, combining the comfort of home with the charms of marine life. A parking space in the garage is provided for the guests of the apartment. The space The apartment is new, equipped with new furniture and all necessary electrical appliances. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher), a bedroom with an extremely comfortable and spacious bed, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious terrace. The living room seating set stretches into a comfortable bed, where two people can sleep. For guests of the apartment, a private parking space is provided in the garage, from which you can take the elevator to the first floor where the apartment is located. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities in the apartment and can use all electrical appliances, various small household appliances (e.g. hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, espresso machine...), bed linen, towels, complete inventory in the kitchen, which is very well equipped with all the necessary things for preparing and consuming food and drinks. The apartment is also equipped with spare linen and towels. Chemical laundry and apartment maintenance products are also available to guests. Other things to note The apartment is 1.2 km from Slovenska beach, 2.4 km from the beach in Becici, 4 km from Aqua Park in Budva. The nearest airport is in Tivat, 19 km away. The apartment is in a quiet part of Budva, you are protected from traffic noise. From our apartment you can very quickly exit to the so-called bypass in Budva, from where you can go east to Becici, Kamenovo beach, Sveti Stefan and beyond, or west to the popular beaches of Mogren, Jaz, Ploce, Trsteno or to Boka Kotorska, or you can simply go down to Slovenska beach in the heart of Budva. In the immediate vicinity of the building where the apartment is located there is a well-equipped shop, and very close are the hypermarket Laković, restaurants, bakeries and many other shops.
