Studio basement apartment ( walk out ), individual entrance, private parking, 1 mile from the capitol theater, 35 minutes train ride to Grand central terminal, quiet and very private. No parties or events allowed, no pets, NO SMOKING of any kind inside, no drinking outside the apartment ( we had people drinking in our front lawn in past ). Family home, space not appropriate for children. We only accept guests with positive past reviews. The space Very clean space with a full kitchen, tv and internet, full bathroom and queen size bed. Guest access Guest will have access to their apartment only. Other things to note You will be asked to leave if you smoke inside the apartment.
