While AC is not available on the first floor, we provide fans to enhance airflow and keep you cool. 2- Street Parking: - Street parking can pose a challenge at times. Plan accordingly as you may need to walk approximately 200 feet from the street to reach the property. We recommend considering this aspect for your convenience during your stay. 3- It is a 4-story townhouse with stairs 4- Only 1 pet is allowed with $150 pet fee 1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. 3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. 4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. * Violations of these guidelines may incur a charge of $500, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund. 5- Only 1 pet is allowed with a $150 pet fee. 6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Only street parking is available. 8- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement. 9- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost. Shipping + handling fee must be prepaid before shipment. 10- Check out procedure: -Run the dishwasher if needed. -Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin. -Turn off all lights. -Close and lock all windows and doors 11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 12- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee. Within 4 blocks, there are restaurants, coffee shops (Ballard Coffee, Woodland Coffee and Starbucks), grocery stores (Town & Country Market Ballard and Safeway) and even a department store (Target). Ballard Farmers Market (a year-round neighborhood market selling produce exclusively from WA state farmers) is 8 blocks away. Other attractions such as Nordic Museum, Ballard Locks, Gas Works Park and Woodland Park Zoo are just a short drive from the property. About 6.1 miles from the stadium, roughly a 14-minute drive. Public transit takes 54–55 minutes via Bus 40 or the D Line. Public transit options include buses, Uber and Lyft services, or your own private car.
