The newly built infinity pool in front of the house and facing the sea is beautiful. Thanks to the slight slope of the property, the beautiful infinity pool with its terraces integrates beautifully into the landscape. A heat pump allows you to use the pool all year round. A great thing at the beginning and end of the season, when the days are not so nice or the outside temperature is not enough to heat the water. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, only two other houses were built after it, a very quiet and relaxing environment, surrounded by nature. From the shaded terrace you can directly access the modern living room furnished with large panoramic windows overlooking the sea and the pool. The living room, divided into two parts, features a dining area next to the kitchen and a cozy lounge area with TV. The modern equipped kitchen, located in an additional room next to the living room, has everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Of the four double bedrooms, two are located on the left side of the house and two on the right side, which makes the house perfect for two families who go on vacation together but want to have their privacy. In one bedroom, a double sofa bed serves as a bed. One of the four bedrooms has no wardrobe. Two bathrooms with showers have been built so that two bedrooms each share a bathroom. At the back of the garden is a ping pong table. The pool will be closed until the end of March. Guest access Our guests can access the whole house and garden. A small room with the homeowners' personal belongings is not accessible. Other things to note We charge for electricity consumption separately. For the rental of bed linen and towels, we ask for €20 per person and change. The pool is closed until March 30, so we have lowered the price during this period.
