A unique oasis hand crafted by two expert carpenters. The unit is a modern slice of peaceful heaven. It is settled on 5 acres of land and is a basement apartment. It has a private entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, and two twin beds. The unit is open to long term or short term guests. We are centrally located 15 minutes from Canton, 18 minutes from Dover - New Philadelphia and 15 from Malvern (track). The space The space is a basement apartment. It is complete with private entrance, private full bath and stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking for your truck and trailer. There is a motocross track behind the home. E-bike, pit bike or beginners welcome. Will need to sign waiver. Bring you own bikes. Walking the trails are also an option. Guest access The motorcross track is open to E-bike riders, pit bike riders, mountain bikers, beginner Mx racers. Other things to note Limited cell service. There is no wifi. We will continue to seek options. The TV has a DVR/ basic cable. The closest grocery store is Dollar General Market. Food options include: Cibos, West End Pizza, Sandy Spring Brewing Company and Firehouse Grill and Tavern.
