Time to escape? The idyllic setting surrounding this modern retreat is perfect for a secluded get-a-away. Far from the busy crowds, enjoy far reaching views over the peaceful valley and beautiful countryside that surround this container. The property is located on the edge of a farm, with limited light pollution - ideal for stargazers! Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchen. Relax on the wooden decking with a fire pit for warming your toes! The space This thoughtfully converted container is comprised of a lovely, light living space with open planned well equipped kitchen and living/dining area. There is a little bathroom with shower, WC and sink. From the bedroom, wake up to the beautiful valley views through the floor to ceiling windows from the comfort of the double bed. Outside the Container is a large wooden deck with a fire pit and seating and the luxury of a hot tub, for true relaxation! Our hot tub is log-fired, meaning it is heated naturally by burning wood. Unlike electric hot tubs, it does require regular tending while it heats and the ability to light it without assistance. Please allow 2–4 hours for the water to reach temperature. During this time, you’ll need to check the fire and add logs approximately every 15 minutes to keep it burning steadily. Parking is just behind the Container - there is plenty of space for vehicles of any size. The container has been well insulated and is heated by central heating. Therefore it is wonderfully warm in winter but cool in summer. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire container and decking. We ask that guests do not wander into the farm as there is machinery stored in the barns.
