The space BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Binife has 4 spacious bedrooms, designed to offer maximum comfort. The master suite, located on the first floor, has a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and glass walls that open onto a private terrace overlooking the garden. On the ground floor there are three additional rooms. One of them with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The other two, with single beds (convertible into a double bed), share a full bathroom without a bathtub, in addition to a toilet in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned and have radiators, guaranteeing well-being and comfort at any time of the year. COMMON AREAS The villa has two lounges, designed for each season. The indoor living room, ideal for winter, is warm and elegant. It has heating to maintain a pleasant temperature during the cold months, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere. The spacious and bright outdoor living room is also part of the property's main building and is perfect in summer or on sunny days. Its large sliding windows open directly to the terrace and pool, as well as offering views of the interior garden. It is equipped with a chaise longue sofa, pool table and underfloor heating, making it the ideal place to share moments, either with family or friends. KITCHEN & DINING AREA Binife has two fully equipped kitchens. The interior, located in the main building, is practical and functional, perfect for daily use. As a complement, the villa has a covered annex space that includes a wood oven, barbecue, fireplace and refrigerator. Designed with views of the terrace and pool, this room also has a toilet with a small cold water shower, ideal for cooling off or providing additional comfort during use. OUTSIDE The terrace and garden are equipped with hammocks and parasols around the infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, creating a private environment where you can relax in the heart of nature. WELLNESS AREA To complete the experience, the villa offers a wellness area located under the solarium, which includes a heated pool and a gym equipped with weights, elliptical, abdominal bench and mats. Access is via stairs from the outdoor kitchen or outdoor living room. The heated pool is available in May, June, September and October. In summer (July and August) it can also be used, although it is not heated, as the high temperatures keep the water at a cooler and more pleasant temperature. The water is usually kept between 26°C and 27°C, with a maximum of 28–29°C, so it should not be confused with a high-temperature spa. Guest access - The villa has private parking within the property and Wi-Fi. Bedding, bath and pool towels are provided for all guests. - The wellness area has a heated pool and a private gym. Additional cleaning services can also be arranged upon request. Pool and garden maintenance is included and is carried out by specialized personnel twice a week. - As for the climate control, all rooms have air conditioning and heating. The indoor living room also has heating, while the outdoor living room has underfloor heating that fulfills the same function. The common areas do not have air conditioning, although they maintain a pleasant temperature thanks to their open design and natural ventilation. - A crib and highchair are available upon request. It is recommended to request in advance to ensure availability. - Binife is rented on an exclusive use basis, offering an environment of total privacy and the tranquility of having our team for any questions or recommendations during the stay. Other things to note - In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective December 2, 2024, online registration of all guests and payment of the tourist tax prior to arrival is mandatory. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. - The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online check-in via a link provided to the guest. - To keep the pool and garden in perfect condition, our maintenance team comes twice a week. Visits are brief, discreet, and only outdoors. We always give at least 24 hours' notice. - The villa has an indoor heated pool, included in the price. It is operational in the months of May, June, September and October. In July and August it remains in use, although without air conditioning, as the ambient temperature keeps the water at adequate levels. The water temperature usually ranges from 26°C to 27°C, with a maximum of 28–29°C, so it should not be confused with a high-temperature spa.
