Welcome to our brand new luxury Hotel Butua residence-lux two bedroom ground floor apartment, steps away from the Budva's Old Town and the beach. Located in a city center, just a minute away from Mogren and Slovenska beach, this is the best choice to enjoy your vacation. Parking is provided for an additional charge of 15 euros per day and reservation is needed. Daily cleaning is provided as well, free of charge. Other things to note We must inform our guests that on check in they will be asked to pay tourist tax (1 euro per person per night) and insurance (0.50euros per person per night) and that is not included in room price because that is obliged by low in Montenegro. We offer to organise airport pics up and drop off for respectful prices. Airport transfer needs to be booked in advance by e mail or phone and our guests need to provide us with flight number and arrival time and the driver with wait for them at the exit of the terminal with your name on the paper to recognise us at the airport. Also feel free to contact us to organise any type of excursions, rent a car, boat tours and charters for you.
